Veggie Vibe Shipping and Returns Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Veggie Vibe. Following are the terms and
conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Public Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time:

In light of the current state of Covid 19 and the applicable lockdown level, the following ordering and delivery times will apply until further notice. We request all client to kindly follow all applicable Covid protocols.

All orders must be placed before 17:00 on Wednesdays , for deliveries on Fridays (Middelburg Area only). Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few hours. Please allow additional 1-2 hours in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via WhatsApp or telephone. In the event of high volumes of orders, some orders may only be delivered on Saturdays.

Due to petrol fluctuations we have made the minimum order amount for delivery excluding the delivery charges, R750. For all orders below R750, a small delivery fee will be charged, R15 per delivery address.

The orders are picked the day before as well as on the morning of delivery and are processed, packaged and stored to ensure peak freshness.

Clients are welcome to contact us, via WhatsApp, at any time outside the above order and delivery times, and if it is possible we will assist and fulfill your request.

Wholesaler, Restaurant and Guest lodge Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time:
Daily orders must be processed before 10:00 AM for same day delivery from 14:00 onwards. All
orders processed after 10:00 AM will be delivered on the following business day. Orders are not
shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. Delivery dates will only commence from Mondays to
Saturdays (09:00-17:00)
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few hours. Please
allow additional 1-2 hours in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of
your order, we will contact you via WhatsApp or telephone.

Returns Policies

A product can only be returned on delivery. As our products are perishable once you have accepted
delivery the products can not be returned.
While our products are of the highest quality we urge you to check the product upon delivery to
make sure that you are happy with the quality.
If you are not satisfied we urge you to return the product directly with the delivery personnel. You
will be credited with your refund for the product.
